Gosh, here we go again. Only 2 pages, in my health journal, Believe in Yourself, discussing my acupuncture treatments and whether I will continue them. I have decided to continue, for 10 treatments. Then I will evaluate the progress I’ve made and decide if they are working for me or not.

I STILL have not completed my journal entries from my Phoenix trip! I have been working A LOT and gearing up for the holidays. Cross your fingers next week is better!

Happy writing.
