Nothing to record for pen/ink/notebook purchases. I have bought two things on ebay but I thought I would record them here when they arrive.
Just one topic covered, from my Believe in Yourself journal:
- I tried a new treatment for my sciatica: cupping. It involves placing glass cups on my lower back (and eventually my leg) and creating suction. The cups are then moved across the skin. This aids in circulation and stimulates the muscles. It also creates space for blood to flow around the muscles. I have to say I felt pretty darn good afterwards. However three days later my back muscles have seized up a little. Who knows if it’s a reaction to the treatment or an independent event. Anyway. I will continue with the treatment until I can determine whether or not it’s for me.
Not much written this week and I have no reason for that. Hopefully will write more next week. Until then, happy writing!
