Still nothing to record for pen/ink/notebook purchases. My two ebay purchases should arrive this week.
Some topics covered this week:
- I had a private, personal issue to work through and I found, as always, that the pages of my journal are the very best sounding board for this. And I’m happy to say: mission accomplished. 🙂
- There was a story on CBC radio about a man who turned his work computer password into a personal mantra, and how well it was working for him in accomplishing his goals. He started with “Forgive Her” (including those words within the company protocol for passwords) when he was going through a nasty divorce and then used “No More Smokes Ever” when he was trying to quit smoking. He said the daily repetition of these little nuggets of commitment will do wonders for helping you to focus on and stick to your goals. I thought I might give it a try myself. Change your life, one password at a time.
Until next week, happy writing!
