It’s November 25 which means a new pen for December: the Delta Journal! Honest, that’s what the random list generator spit out on random.org when I typed in my pen list. That’s fine with me – love that pen and I really haven’t had time to break it in yet. 🙂 I will announce the pen for January on December 30.

Purchases: I have not bought anything for myself this week. But I still have plenty to talk about from my trip to Phoenix so check back on Sunday!

Some points covered this week in my journals:

  • It’s interesting that the Delta Journal is my pen for this month. I thought I would try Paradise Pen Vineyard Burgundy in it and it did not perform well at all (this was before the trip to Phoenix). It was so bad (skipping and hard starting) that I had to clean it and go back to Waterman Harmonious Green. And it was fine. It’s true what they say about Waterman inks – they are the best for your pen.
  • We had the first real snow of the season this week and there were the obligatory fender benders and latecomers into work. Every year it seems we are surprised by snow. For Canadians it’s kind of ridiculous!
  • Christmas is right around the corner and I’ve been making lists and jotting down ideas in my journal. I like to have the bulk of my shopping done by December 1 and I’m on track to do just that!

Until next post, happy writing!
